It was such an honour for Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) when the Regent of Perak, Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Raja Dr Nazrin Shah Ibni Sultan Azlan Muhibuddib Shah agreed to deliver a royal speech titled
